Back on track

Finally, I have finished up those projects I promised the wife I would do after I retired and have a bit of time to get back on the 56. I ended up getting two RH block hugger headers to let me get aroung the Jag steering gear. Today I got the exhaust routed around the steering gear and now I can move on to the clutch linkage.

Yes that truck has been out in the shop for maybe 14 years or so, while life happened, lots of reasons, but 14 years none the less. Today I am going to head out to the farm and look into removeing the brake and clutch pedal assembly off a wrecked 59 F600 I have out there. Pretty sure both the brake and clutch on that had master cylinders. Although it may not be feasible, I would like to modify the clutch pedal to use a heavy beldon cable (also known as a push pull cable) to operate the clutch on the T56. The simple way would be to just go hyd. But I have had poor luck with hyd slave cylinders in the past, a point of failure I wish to avoid.
