I'm thinking they're out of chips again or something. not to schedule anything for a month doesn't indicate it's anything option related.
I wish Ford could be up front and say hey boys here's the deal. but so far everything my fleet hotline has told me has been a lie anyway so I guess why say anything at all.
Looking at the notes, it says they won't be scheduling on Thursday because it's a holiday , but it doesn't say they won't schedule this week. it seems illogical they skip a whole week because it falls on that particular day, but who knows with these clowns.
i only wish my order could have been picked up the next day like so many others have posted trcently, but no such luck in my case. My order went in on 10/4 for a 2022 F-350 XLT CCLB 4x4 DRW, 7.3L/3.73 LSD, FX4, Cloth 40/console/40 seat, XLT value package, 5th wheel prep, remote start, CHMSL with camera, carpet delete, upfitter switches, tailgate step, and rear window defrost in Iconic Silver; dealer put in with priority 10. The next week I added the camper package. Since then, crickets. Dealer did not put in my email address, and told me he had no screen where it could be added. I called Ford Marketing, and they could see that my order was in unchediled clean status, but they couldn't add ny email to the order, that I would have ti have the dealer do it.
At least your order is correct. Our salesman put the wrong engine type in and we recently received the VIN and now we're either stuck with it or put in a new order. Guy had no clue on what priority code we were talking about. We had 19. Similar to what you have without some options but ordered it back in Aug. Now in production. Guy never attached our email to our order.. totally pissed off. We either have to wait another 4-5 months or have a 6.2 rather than a 7.3.
Ordered a F-450 KR from Chapman Ford, received by Ford on 21OCT, priority code 10. Calling the sales manager now to find out how many allocations they have, and how many orders are ahead of me.

Good luck I ordered the same rig and same priority in early July. Not even scheduled yet.
And it looks like NO ONE will be scheduled this week since it's Veteran's Day (according to a post over at BOF).
I have a feeling most of us who don't have a truck being built or even a VIN number will not see anything until February the absolute earliest now. Thanksgiving, Christmas and I believe the factory shuts down for 2-3 weeks for Christmas and the New Year. I expect little if any trucks will be getting scheduled between now and January at the VERY earliest! I am actually thinking my truck might arrive by April, if not later. I'm currently kicking myself in the @$$ for not buying a used 2021 Dodge Cummins 2500 that I passed on back in July, just to hold me over until this 450 was built. Never in a million years did I think it would take this long.

Same boat here as well.
I guess this is okay for the driver that just "wants" a new or additional truck, but for the driver that "needs" a new truck, this is a MAJOR issue and problem.

Completely understand your frustration!
say what? I ordered my truck last week. If it’s not coming until April, I have zero desire on waiting that long.

This is an uneducated/educated guess on my behalf, I am not in the "secret know" whatsoever.
But I am going off what I have personally experience since placing my order the 5th of July. I am no closer today than I was in July when I first placed the order.
And what I am reading, and seeing, Ford is not going to suddenly start pumping out Super Duty trucks the next 6 weeks. They will shut down for the holidays (this I know for a fact) and reopen the week of the 10th or 17th (this is guess). Once all the dust gets blown off everything we are now at the end of January. And if, this is a BIG if, orders somehow start to get built at double the rate they are now, mid Feb to mid Mar, most likely putting them on the lots in April, the earliest (this is a guess). I am also looking at the trend it's taking a month between "notification" and "expected build date", so right there is a month.
All this, assuming, there's not another Snowmageddon or rash of winter tornadoes across the south that shutdown production for a week or two.
Just looking at past events and history, and all the while we will be seeing Ford Truck commercials on TV over the Holidays.
Ordering now and getting it in April is probably highly optimistic. I'm at 8 months now with no build date yet, granted I'm the exception not the rule but I converted to a retail order priority code 10 a long time ago and I'm still SOL.
I really don't expect to get mine until spring, a full year. if you need a pickup screw this noise , if you just want one decide what your frustration level is before it's not fun anymore then proceed accordingly.
There are now 283 SD's on the ordered but not scheduled chart. Until 3 weeks ago when Ford stopped SD scheduling, they were averaging about 20 SD's off this list every 2 weeks. So 40 a month.
283 ÷ 40 = 7.075. Given that most believe little to no scheduling will be done the rest of the year, and hopefully normal scheduling will start in January. That means IF No ONE ADDS TO THE LIST, it will be the end ofJuly until the last of the trucks are scheduled, plus 6 weeks from scheduling to production and 30 days for delivery. That means some.of us will not see our rigs till October. Oh wait Ford typically stops production in July to change over to the new model year. So it is entirely possible some of us will not see our trucks at all. Even if Ford shuts down the order bank today.
If these trends continue,Ford already has more orders than they can fill for 2022MY!
And to your earlier point, communication would be nice and customer service went down the tubes after 2008. Unfortunately, [insert automotive manufacturer/airline/bank] are apparently too big to fall, and what they are ALL doing today unfortunately is now the norm, gone are the days where the customer is their primary focus. Today, the reality is, these massive corporations are driven to make the Board of Directors and Shareholders happy.

And that's just from this forum, how many trucks are actually on order and being built?
What happens if the ordered 2022 trucks are not built before they roll out the 2023 models? Do our orders automatically change to a 2023 truck or does the order get cancelled and we start over again? When is this changeover expected?
