So I got a set of Toyo AT3’s for my ‘19 F350, the first set had a dud in the group. Would vibrate quite significantly and took awhile before they were replaced. I’m on my second set now, and it’s much better but... similar vibration pops up accelerating up to highway speeds. It’s much less but still a giant pain. I had it in a shop recently for some work and asked them to have a look. They felt the same thing... this is their words.
‘Checked u-joints for binding they are good. Had a tech drive it while on the hoist and 3/4 tires have visible bounce to them.’
looking for opinions here. Take it back to the tire shop for what seems like the 10th time?? Or try to go through Toyo which seems to be impossible to get anyone to call back.
I had issues with nitto 34’s separating internally and causing major vibration on my 06 Duramax. The power in that truck came on brutally so I’m thinking my foot caused most of the problems. Discount replaced every one of them but I got tire of messing with it.
im about to put 37’s on my 21 f350 so might gamble on the at3 37’s. Same company as nitto. I’m cautiously optimistic

From my experience I would steer clear, my truck was stock, I just got it deleted and they’re the ones who had a second look. - worst tires I’ve had.
I’ll get the truck in again next week and see what happens. The tire shop has been good but when you go back repeatedly and it’s over 60km round trip it gets old quick
lots of ATIII's around this area and everyone loves them. good tires.
I had one of the factory Continentals slip a ply and it started pulling bad to the right. the Ford dealer worked on it for half a day and found it was the tire which the warranty didn't cover for this problem because it's deemed acceptable. so in the end I got a bill for $250 and told not to rotate that tire to the front.
So if you want to talk tire problems they all have some.

Not sure what the miles were when this happened but that's BS that it is not under warranty. It is under the Tire Warranty. I had 2 stock Conti's warranty done due to wear issues... I think it's more then that. But if the rears that were put up front go bad too I will make them check the whole front end over and give me new tires
So I got the truck in awhile back. Won’t lie it seemed a little hostile walking in. Second set of these tires so everyone there thinks I’m crazy. But, they pulled them and did see something messed up. Tires got covered but, we switched! Back to the Wranglers.
we have put on quite a few KM’s towing the fifth wheel and family around this past week and a bit. Tires have been great. No vibration towing or unloaded.
I had to pay the difference which was over $600CAD which is a **** off after all the time myself and the tire shop had to waste driving back and forth balancing and re balancing **** tires. I have my truck back though so I’m happy.
