Help Number Dummy !!!
Ive got a strange problem with knowing the proper clutch, pressure plate, TOB, & Clutch Fork for my 1983 F250.
Its got a 300ci straight 6 with a T-18 tranny. There are inconsistency's with info for the Clutch Fork- with or without a pivot wedge? And the which type of TOB is right for this setup .
I believe the clutch to be an eleven inch one. It appears that this truck is a heavy duty version? Has 4 piston front discs, etc. VIN is 2FTHF25Y8DCA58173.
I bought the truck used and its obvious the clutch and trans where gone into previously. The clutch action on this truck has always been a bear to depress from the beginning, so Im not sure what are the right components I need. Any specific part numbers would be greatly appreciated.
Doing a clutch job and the Clutch fork is not what I would expect it to be. Just clips on the end to retain the TOB and a fairly sloppy fit at the pivot. My NAPA guys are at a loss as well.

Dose the clutch have linkage or uses hyd.?
See if this will help you get a part number and maybe get a picture of what it looks like off ebay.

I looked and rockauto has all the parts you need cheap. They have the clutch kits for the mechanical clutch, and the flywheel also. They sell a clutch fork, LUK LF9804, you will have to do some research to see if it's the proper one.
