It's a very unfortunate choice of code by Rock Auto. You're probably seeing an emoji in the middle. Somehow I was able to determine what the 2 characters from the code were supposed to be...but I can't figure that out today.
You're going to have to do some experimenting or maybe the OP will correct this or provide more detail.

Something like DO or D0 or B0 or BO

Fixed! The discount code has been updated to one that does not have "DB" which apparently translates to an emoji for some reason.
