'73 tail light lens

Does anyone know where I can find new repro tail light lenses for a '73 F100 ? None of the main part suppliers seem to have them. Apparently, they are exclusive to the '73 - early '74 f series trucks only. Or, would the later year (74-79) lenses adapt ?
Thanks !

I think the early ones had the lens separate from housing and the screws held it all in. Later on, the lense was bonded to the housing, same two screws hold it in. Just as easy to change bulbs. I can't swear to it as I don't have a '73, but I'd be willing to bet the later ones will fit.

I have one side NOS Ford 1973 available. After buying one side, I had to buy a pair to get the other side I still needed. Don’t remember which side I have two of but can check tomorrow if you are interested.
