Update on blinker. Cleaned the rust on the right front, no help. when checking to see if the rust removal worked, I noticed that the blinker indicators worked by applying pressure to the switch. So I pulled the wheel and checked the blinker switch. I was finding that the PO had made repairs by seeing electrical tape on the wires. Commence to order a new switch. I also noticed that the steering column had play. I pulled the column out and replaced the bearings and sleeves. Put the truck back together and the blinkers work great. Thanks for all the input.
The Zerk fitting cant be that hard to find.
1 at each tie rod end
1 at the upper and lower kingpins on each side - I like to grease them with no load on the wheels.
May have then on the drive shaft Ujoints - dont know how many joints your truck may have and it may also have a front drive shaft?
Maybe shift linkage for 4x4?
If manual trans the clutch linkage, maybe the cross shaft?
Cant think of any other ATM
