Ok guys... 2013 F150 Limited w/3.5 TT Eco, 45,000 miles

So for the third time in 2 months I simply go out in the morning to go to work, start the truck and it almost immediately kicks on the dash wrench lite, idles extremely rough (shakes the truck) and is in 'limp'/safety mode...?!?

I can just shut the truck off and start it right back up and everything is fine... NEVER does it any other time, just mornings so far!

Was at the dealership twice Now about it. They said no code so they "really don't know what it could be" (SMFH)

*everything is stock except for a cold air intake which have been on for 2 years now

Obviously my main concern here is that something major is happening and I don't want that to happen!

ANY help, directions would be great
