A couple questions
Hey guys! I hope everyone is having a great summer. I actually probably have more than a couple questions lol.
first; my driver side captains chair is shot (oh yeah it’s a 2001 Limited V10 4x4) and I want to replace it with a power seat with memory (I’m short, hubby is tall, lots of resetting all the time). Can I just grab a power memory seat out of a newer super duty and put it in mine?
second; I want to completely restomod my Ex aka The Bus aka Obie (after strongman Robert Oberest) over the winter. Does anyone know a place, a guy, a sorcerer that does this in Michigan. I mean like head to toe work. I’ve got no skills in this area, no space and no time. It’s got all the issues you’d expect a northern truck to have on the body plus some minor damage. Some extras I want to do are auto headlamps, blinkers in the side mirrors, upgraded head and tail lights, custom roof rack, deer slayer. I can go on and on. The guy that did our 93 F-250 (pictured below) isn’t interested in doing The Bus. I’ve added some shots of The Bus below too.
thanks for any feedback!!

You definitely can use seats out of a Superduty. I saw someone put in Lariat seats which were so plush-they looked like Easy Boy recliners
There are many who have done it and will chime in I'm sure and can tell you years and types.
We'll wait a week or 2 and see how many projects you come up with. Being on my fourth one, I have 2 pages.
Welcome!
