gas tank relocation
Hi , there just wondering if any of you have heard of succesfully relocating the gas tank from behind the seat to along the frame I don't want to place it in the box and I've heard that the tank out of a 91 ford has a profile that will work any information would help greatly . These trucks are a bit a work but when there done they are one sweet ride as we all know!

if you move the rear frame brace back almost to the back of the frame you should be able to find a tank that will fit i did it on my 71 f250 stepside i cut notches in my lower frame rails and put in a tank out of a 78 dodge van after i put in the tank i bolted a section of pickup frame back in it worked for me
