Cab/ front clip mounts

How common/uncommon is it for cab and front clip mounts to break, specifically, the bolts? My ol' '67 has but two bolts holding the cab down, and just one keeping the front clip from divorcing the frame. The rubber mounts are is place, albeit not in excellent shape. Finally, why would the rubber spacers look similiar in size, but the left side of the cab and front clip are drooping?

Sounds like the front cab mounts are shot. A common problem with these trucks. They are available at the Motorhaven.com. Not really hard to replace if you can weld and turn wrenches
