Well it really does never end when it comes to these old trucks lol. I have been chasing down a leak on my drivers side carpet when it rains, which it does a lot down here in south Florida during the summer. I finally found the top corner of the cowl drain to be rotting pretty darn bad and you can see the holes where water is getting through. I am looking for some guidance on patching this rust up as there is very minimal room to get my hand in there and obviously I will not be able to see what I am doing. I do not think removing the drivers side front panel will help at either. I will post up some photos of where I am talking about. Any advice would be awesome guys as I need to get this thing patched up ASAP in these heavy rains.

Obviously the right answer is to cut it all out and either weld in or somehow rivet in new metal and seal. However if I needed something quick. I'd prolly just get some flex seal and spray the crap out of it. Just my thoughts. Let us know what you end up doing and good luck!
You will need to stop the rust first. There are several versions which will stop/treat/seal that mess. If you only cover it up, it will not stop and you will have a bigger mess in a few years.
