When my grandfather passed 17 years ago I was given his truck. It's a 71 Ford F-100 that had a 302 V-8 but was told by family members that when it blew, my grandfather swapped it with a 4 cylinder inline diesel that came out of a wonder bread truck. Under the first injector has FL printed pretty large. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

THanks for the reply. In the second photo that is the fuel pump made by Simms. As for the link you attached, it looks identical expect the fuel pump on mine is mounted further back on the block and I only have one fuel filter, that one has two.
