Good morning Jim. Bummer on your surgery. How are you now? Arm work good still?.
Have a great Hump day everyone.
Good morning Jay. I took it easy for the first 4 months to give the tendon and muscle time to get a good set, but still used it as normal, just didn't really do any working out except for the weekly physical therapy visits. The arm was pretty much functional before the surgery. With in the week of my surgery I rebuilt the top end on my sled with no issues. I am getting back into working out now and is good so far. Surprising is the biceps biggest job is with wrist rotation. It is still a little weak compared to prior but I haven't been doing the exercises needed to work on that like I should be. I think I will always be concerned about tearing it or the other one. Mainly happens to men in their 40s-50s. Some never have it fixed and go on without much issues. If you do have it repaired the best window is 2-3 weeks after it happens.
Howdy guys! Must be a busy day for everyone. Cory is just trying to get through the day so vacation will start and then we won't hear from him for about two weeks or so I suppose.
Turns out that pump, at least right now, only pumps out the rinse water front the water softener and the condensation drips from the a/c and the dehumidifier. Once the downstairs bath is in it will be for that too.
They say 4-5 years is average. But that is under normal use. Ours should last 10 year's as is I would think. They did find rubber chunks in the bottom of the pit. Showed me pictures. Looked almost like a rubber pipe boot had been left in there and got chopped up. I think that was the failure. But no way to prove that. Hopefully this one goes a long time.
Went out and celebrated the SIL's 60th birthday tonight. There were about 21 of us. That's the way to have a big party. Let someone else clean up.
Good morning Jay and MN. We got some rain but not as much as they were guessing. They were saying 1-2" but I think closer to 0.5" is what we got. But we will take what we can get and supposed to be a very nice weekend so the timing seems good also.

So the one that failed is just pumping water and not turds? That is crappy life span. To bad you can't prove it was carelessness by leaving someone else leaving debris in there that killed the pump prematurely.
