Hi everyone. I have a 2020 F250 2WD. I recently added a leveling kit and upgraded my tires to 35's. I am starting to get very annoyed with the tires rubbing on the sway bar when in full lock. Which I do very often. I originally was going to get some offset wheels but some medical bills are getting in the way of that. So for now, I just want to add some hub centric spacers. Has anyone done this? If so, how thick should I get so I do not rub on the sway bar? I understand some trimming may need to be done which is fine. But I was hoping I could get a spacer think enough to clear the sway bar and not have to trim. Either way, any feedback would be great.
On a side note, does anyone know why the hell you can find aftermarket parts for a 2020 F250? Like a cold air intake? All of the sites stop at 2019? Its almost 2022 and nobody has **** for a 2020.
Hard to determine the thickness of the spacer without knowing how much of the tire is touching the sway bar at full lock. In other words, are you hitting only when you do tight turns or does just turning the corner impact the bar. I don't like spacers and would shorten my turns before I went to spacers but that's me. In regards to aftermarket parts, the U.S., and for that matter the world, has basically been shut down for the last year. It's going to take months, if not a year to get the aftermarket selections back up to what it was prior to the Covid mess. I have stuff on order from last November that is still showing as backordered with no date of a possible delivery.
It mainly happens at full lock. So when i have to do a u turn, I cant turn the wheel full lock. Being an f250, most turn I make require full lock so its getting very frustrating. If I have to guess, I can turn the wheel 95% before I rub. And thanks for the info on the parts. Im sure by the time i can afford the new parts, they will be available.
You are definitely the first person I know of here to install a leveling kit on a 4x2 of this generation. I didn't know anyone made the drop brackets for these. For the cold air there is two available for the 6.7 right now. However the market has really gone dry. The gains are just not there anymore and the sales have followed. This compounded with the EPA and CARB really hit the brakes on these parts.
Well, you are pretty much right. Nobody made them. I found one site that did and it was just the leveling spacers. No drop bracket was included or is made. Even then, the leveling spacer had to go on the bottom of the coil spring and we had to use two of the bolts to make it work. One day when a better kit comes out, I will definitely be swapping them out.
JMHO, If you are still planning on getting wheels, I would just live with the little bit of rubbing and shorten the turns up a bit. You will get a feel for when it will touch and stop short of hitting it with a bit more time.

Without a drop bracket on the beams how did you get the alignment done? The further down you push the beams the more it pulls the tires inward due to the pivot geometry.
There is enough room to push the sway bar back an inch or maybe two before it hits the stabilizer shock. At least it appears that way. I would look into that route. Odd you need to level your truck. Mine sits nearly level right from the factory.

There is no steering stabilizer on the 4x2 trucks.
I think with most wheel spacers, they have to be at least 1.5" to 2" thick or you will have to cut the stock studs down for the wheel to clear.
Also, does your truck have adjustable stops on the knuckles? I haven't paid much attention to the new trucks, but the older ones had a bolt you could adjust in or out to change the steering angle allowed. If so, you could adjust it so the steering stops before the tire rubs.
Unfortunately it does not. And I was thinking about the 2 inch spacer. But was afraid it would then cause me to have to trim other areas for clearance.
