Ghost Locks

I have a 2016 F250 6.7L XLT. Sometimes the doors will lock themselves, with the engine off and just sitting there. It has even happened with the key in the ignition switch. Any suggestions? I just got Forscan, and was wondering if I could use it to fix the problem?
