I put Moog in my 95. I lean towards greasable but I keep hearing that non-greasable are actually better these days.

I can’t seem to nor ever could feed grease into one of them for over a year now and it has been annoying me since.

Moogs quality seems to be on a downhill slide the past few years. Greaseable joints are great……if you routinely grease them. Most fail to get serviced, and life expectancy suffers. Sealed joints are the better option, IMHO.

You might do a search for King Pins rather than Ball Joints for a f-350 dually 2wd.

All our bump and dent side F-350s used hauling mail had king pins.

EXACTALLY if you do you own maintenance, its easy to give them a few pumps while the oil drains. If you take it somewhere don't count on them ever getting greased. When worked in small repair shop 15 years ago an oil change was oil and filter change, check and top off transmission, trasfercase, differentials, coolant, pwr steering, and washer fluid. do a visual of the breaks, shake down frontend and grease the front end and driveshafts. seems like I am forgetting a few things also. Now it seems most just change oil and ship it, granted theres not alot of fittings to grease anymore but i found alot of problems in the early stages the way we did it and that made the shop money and saved the customer money.

sorry for the rant OP

Well, you should inspect the present set up for sloppy or slackness, if loose then consider replacements. I wouldn't replace them just because I didn't trust a prior owner. They can be greased too, and here's a thread on them: need help / new kingpin kit / no instructions / pic for reference - Ford Truck Enthusiasts Forums (ford-trucks.com)
