I am in the closing days of wrapping up a complete rebuild. 6 long years. engine is still not tuned right. I have a 1975 300 inline six. i added the Clifford dual weber carb set up. love it. when i connect my carb vacuum advance to the distributor, the engine craps out completely. a friend thinks i have an old Load-O-Matic dizzy which of course cannot accept ported vacuum and run right. how do i tell if that is what i have here. See pics. the numbers on the side panel on the dizzy don't tell me much. any ideas?
