F750 decoding please help

I just bought a F750 dump truck. The VIN number on it is N76EVV09453. I tried different sites online and nothing would work. Could someone please decode this.

That's because if your VIN is correct, it's not an F750. Does your title say it's a 1975?

I'll be back in a few minutes.

Edit: See tag in post 4

N76 = LN750 gas (This conflicts with the model which shows LN700. The MPC actually shows N76 for model years '76 to '78, with N71 being the LN700 in 1975. How is the truck badged?

E = 361 2V XD FT gas V8. (Do you have a 2bbl carb?) XD = HD or Heavy Duty

V = Kentucky Truck Plant

V09453 = 1975 series number

148 = 148 inch wheelbase

J = Rangoon Red

N765 = LN 700 gas, 24,000lbs GVWR (see series info above.)

4A8 = Standard cab. I do not have upholstery or seat type info.

2 = Clark model 282V five speed direct transmission

GHN
GH = Eaton model 17221 two speed rear axle, 18,500lbs capacity, 6.50/8.87 ratios
N = Ford 9,000lb capacity front axle with power steering

24000 = 24.000lbs GVWR

42 = Cleveland District Code

If something doesn't match up, let me know and I will try again.

Here is the tag from the driver door. I don’t really know much about the truck. It used to belong to my father but he passed away. Thank you for the help.

that makes a lot of sense. Thanks. Are the parts for a ‘75 to ‘78 the same
