05 E450SD Cutaway Wheel

I recently purchased a 05 E450SD shuttle bus. It has no spare tire and no jacks. Does anyone know the Ford part number for the wheel and jack.

Also, and the wheels between E350SD and E450SD are interchangeable? If they are, what year?

Thanks.

Kin

The steel wheels for E-250's and E-350's should be fully compatible between model years 1997 until at least 2013, the last year of the full body van production. Not sure if the E-450 & E-550 share that same wheel though. You should contact a local salvage yard for a full sized spare wheel---should be about $50 at the most.

Jack wise I'd avoid that puny stock bottle jack typically included with the E-Series vans---they're just not that safe to use IMHO. I use a scissor jack originally supplied with the HUMVEE military vehicles which are incredibly more safe and stable, much more confidence-inspiring if doing a road side tire swap. They're not cheap, do require an adapter (available separately) but for me when it comes to safety cost is irrelevant.

It does have another advantage of easily fitting under the front or rear axle even if the tire is completely flat. Other jacks I've had didn't so that was just another factor when I chose the hummer jack. If you're up for spending about $200 for a SAFE jack I'm happy to share more info, so many put cost above safety which I somewhat understand.

I found mine on eBay FWIW.

The E350 and E450 DRW stock wheels do interchange from 1997 to current. Ford didn't include a jack on cutaway units. You will have to find a capable unit.

Interchangeable Year Found

Per this site,
https://buytruckwheels.com/collectio...urabright-rear

1987-2020 E350
1999-2020 E450
1984-1997 F350DRW

have the same wheel size.

That opens up a whole more choices because I was sure if other will fit the center bore size of the E450SD/DRW.

Thanks for all the info guys.
