The individual tread inserts have an MSRP of $15.92 each, and typically retail online for between $10 - $12 each.

More often than not, it is the left hand (driver's side) tread inserts that go MIA, so that was the number provided, but I "liked" that you made the distinction between left hand and right hand sides, as it was unclear.
There is also FL3Z-16490-CA / FL3A-16491-CA.
And there is at least one Ford parts source description that describe these step pads as interchangeable Left & Right.
