I'm not having luck finding a replacement generator pulley for my 54 6V positive ground system - current pulley is bent to heck.
Generator is a FAA-10002-B - pulley is 3 inches in diameter with a 3/8 V groove for the belt. It is likely other part number generator uses this same pulley.
The catalog is very confusing for this. For that generator, it says to use a FBJ-10130-A pulley. There is no such pulley listed. For a 54 F-100, 6 or V8, it shows a ***-10130-A pulley, which matches your measurements closely (it shows dia. as 2.86").That is the smallest diameter pulley over the years, all the rest are quite a bit larger. There were several different bores on the pulleys, too. Good luck!

A managed to dig through storage and locate the bent pulley - I should have started with doing that (it took two hours and I have not seen it for years - I just knew I needed a new one). The bent one is labeled A2 in small lettering, then FGT. It measures 3" in diameter spot on with a 5/8" bore - 1/2" V groove belt. Knowing the pulley part number didn't help locate one on the internet.
You should be able to buy a pulley and bore it to the correct diameter. I did install an alternator on my ‘48 F5, but it come with the small auto pulley. I just bought one the current diameter and had a friend bore it to 17mm, which is what alternator shaft was.
