wheel spacers

Hello all. Been a while since I had an X, and since my 2012 f250 was just totaled, been looking at one. I have the plow and studded snows mounted on 2012 18" rims. Since there are no cheap 18" wheels to be found, how much rubbing will I get at full steering lock? I have a few driveways that are tight and require it. Which wheel spacers can I safely use?

The stock 2012 SD 275 65 18 on stock 18" steel.

Ford made an 18" wheel in 2004 which will have the correct offset. Since you're okay with steel wheels, I'm thinking that's what they had for spares and wondering if you could find some that way. It wouldn't be hard to get on usedcarparts.com and find out...
