wheel straightening

My sister-in-law rolled over a curb in her new Focus. She has aluminum wheels, I was curious if wheel shops do straightening. The bend is slight, and is located on the outer lip of the wheel. I would hate to see her have to buy a new wheel if it can just be tapped back to round again. There are no driveability issues either.

If you take it to a tire shop they should be able to do it by laying a rag or something on it to protect the wheel.
