I have a 351w im rebuilding and kicking-up. Bone stock, doing a comp cam and edelbrock intake, and 61mm throttle body with summit headers, would there be much benifit to using 24lb/ hr injectors over stock 19?
The computer is programmed for 19lb injectors and has no way to adjust for anything else.
The stock injectors can support upwards of 300hp, but the stock heads won't.
So no there would be no benefit to fitting larger injectors at this point.
^^^ and the 61mm throttle body is way too big.
I have the 57mm, and noticed zero improvements, at the top end. There might be minimal gains at lower RPM, and I got the TB used so the price was right.
I would not recommend a new TB for the money.
Better off spending it on roller rocker arms, or spend the money on getting the heads ported.
You can home port the E7 heads, you will notice a difference.
