Check your leaf spring bushings they could be bad causing the whole truck to vibrate.

Well........still have the vibration.....

Tires balanced, replaced two rear tires
Driveshaft balanced with new ujoints and carrier bearing
front leaf spring bushings were replaced about 20,000 miles ago and I just recently put new rear leafs in with new bushings.

Still same vibration around 42 mph...........can also feel it at higher speeds.......Also seems like you can hear a drone
Anything else to check/look for?

That only leaves the tires.
move those new tires to the front and it you have some aggressive thread the truck will hum and vibrate no matter what.

Have you done shocks? That made mine have a death wobble every once in a while. Also make sure the trans mounts are tight

do you have an aftermarket down pipe?
if so when not installed right and they rub the pinch seam of the cab they can make strange vibrations.

If you have a manual transmission, you could have a Dual Mass Flywheel and if the springs are shot it will cause a very difficult to track down vibration. Took us months to figure it out

just had two new rear tires put on. Previous ones had only 5,000 miles on them and out of round. Nothing changed with the new ones.
