Fluctuating GEM battery voltage

And my codes are all back in full force. Plus now the instrument cluster is acting up, oil pressure, low fuel and usually ABS all turn on and off together several times before staying off. Then this morning sitting in the driveway I watched my speedo climb to over 20. Definitely have something going on that I’d love to find. And figure out my why EBPS reading is so low with a relatively new sensor.

Sounding more and more like instrument panel. IIRC burn marks will be visible on the back if that is the case.
