'97 Expy won't fire after heater core rep
I just replaced the heater core on a '97 Expedition, and the engine refuses to fire. It turns over but doesn't fire.
I double checked every electrical connection as reinstallation of the dash was being made, including the steering wheel. In fact, I have removed the covers surrounding the wheel and checked this area again. I have checked all the fuses under the hood for looseness and all wires removed in this location.
I checked to see if the anti-theft system was interfering. The light comes on for a short time when the key is turned.
I have taken loose a plug wire to verify the absence of fire, and confirmed the lack of spark.
I have a '98 Expedition that I check connections against and everything seems to be in order. What can I do?
