Rear engine seal is seeping oil about two or three drops over night. Everything else on the truck works fine including the transmission, so, any suggestions?

What does two or three drops over night equate to as far a the oil level being down between oil changes and/or (say) 2-3,000 miles?
If it's less than a quart, recommend some cardboard under the front-end of the vehicle where you park it over night. *That and oil-dry.
.
It’s worth mentioning that often a leaky valve cover or head gasket can cause oil to drip down below the bellhousing. I’d make sure you take a peak up the back of the engine before pulling the transmission to replace a seal.
