My daughter recently acquired a 2001 Expedition E.B. With 5.4L and 109K miles which had the ABS light on.
C1145, Right front wheel speed sensor input circuit, checked sensor resistance was open circuit and should be 400 ohms. While at it checked Left side and was in spec. Found replacements on Amazon $27 for front pair.
C1230, Rear center input circuit failure, checked sensor resistance was 2800 ohms and all information I found was it should be 1500 to 2000 ohms. Amazon had for $12 and that measured just under 2000 ohms.
B1676, Battery Less than 9vdc , more than 19vdc, so measured voltage at ABS controller pins, had battery volts on 2 pins with truck off and 1 pin with key on so my guess is controller was not seeing due to internal failure. Found used one with 90 day exchange warranty at Deerfoot for $75. New is almost $900 and reman $300.
Now ABS light is NOT ON. Now on to more routine maintenance.
