I don’t get a lot of responses in my build forum, so I’ll ask this here.
I have been interested in bedlining the interior of my crew cab. After further research, I’m learning that is not exactly a safe option. Chemical off gassing etc. if it were a jeep that’s run primarily topless that would be one thing, but my kids ride in my truck.
I could get a new carpet or vinyl floor, but they are expensive. In my reading, Lizard Skin is safe for interior use, but it is expensive and spray gun applied only. I was going to roll on a bedliner. I haven’t found another option yet.
I can't say for sure, all I've sprayed is outside the vehicles and you can get high on the fumes.. Might be a good idea to call the tech line of some of the bed liner companies to see what they say..
I'm not sure where you're located at Toork, but around here crewcabs show up pretty regularly at the scrap yard. I've bought all sorts of interior parts there. I'm not certain but I would think you could even get away with grabbing carpet or vinyl from two single cabs and splicing them under the front captain chairs of your crew cab. Just a thought
OR I bet you could put in a generic vinyl floor that wasn't molded for pretty cheap. Maybe put down double sided tape where the contours are to help make it form to the floor.
I used this molded vinyl when I redid the floor of my std cab bricknose. Came out really nice all in all.

You might find the size you're looking for on that website. ~$150 for me, plus cost of a jute roll. Labor wasn't too bad either, went through a few boxes of razor blades tho.
