I own a OBS 97 f-250 with the a 7.3 matched with a automatic transmission and 4wd. I been having a issue where the gages just stop moving the odometer go’s blank and it down shifts. Drive like it has now power. If I smack the dash all the gages spring back to life and the truck acts like nothing happen. Has anyone seen this before?
Ok I’ll tear in to it and check tomorrow. It did it every now and then back when my dad owned it about 100k miles ago. I’m just trying to fix everything I can on it
