Odd leak under HPOP

Recently rebuilt HPOP and non serviceable plug. New IPR. Rebuilt fuel bowl. Switched over to JIC lines for oil and the Riffraff SS fuel lines. I have NO leaks at the hose ends...both fuel and oil.
I have this weird puddle on this plug just under the non serviceable plug (first pic...red arrow)....but the non serviceable plug is dry as a bone. Fuel lines are all dry as a bone, oil lines are too.
I had this leak before I started all this, and I thought it was the HPOP gasket. Old gasket looked good....new gasket went on. I cant figure out where this leak is coming from. I believe its oil....runs down the waterpump and blows back.
Any thoughts on this one? Pics below. (PS..I did the hutch/harpoon mod and a new fuel pump with inline filter......no leaks there...woohoo!!)
I also tightened down my wastegate and added the KC Turbo s300 exhaust turbine........boost is up and temps are down.
Let me know if you need any further pics....I have a snake camera too...

Red arrow shows that plug with fluid...could be clear oil from reservoir? Reservoir was filled with fresh oil before I started her back up.

running down the water pump...I drew yellow line

behind the thermostat area

fuel lines are filthy...still running down, even on the lower hose....oil cooler is bone dry

runs above oil cooler...you can see its bone dry here in the back too

Aaah....no leaks here...specks are on the outside of the filter too.

Funny you mention that...I looked to see if that would come off, but I wasn't able to figure out how. I took the reservoir apart and replaced the gasket that has the screen while I was there.
I know its aluminum, but 18lbs sure doesn't feel that tight when I was putting the HPOP back on.

Does that lower part where the gear wheel sits even come off? I got the lid off and the middle portion off. I don't remember if I have ever taken that lower chamber off.

This is not my truck, but this is all I took off as far as the reservoir went.

Nope that's the seal I was referring to. If not there then maybe the timing cove or that plug. You could try giving the timing cover bolts a little snug, might get lucky. The plug is the oil drain back passage for the hpo system, so I've read anyway.

I am going to see if that plug can be tightened up tomorrow am. I am kicking myself for not attempting that when everything was out. Live and learn I guess.

I also had to cut off and replace the FPR nut.....dang thing broke off and misted the engine.....guess its common for that piece of junk to snap. Had to buy a $10 flare tool, but it worked perfectly.

I had to replace the o ring on the oil pressure relief valve/plug on my 01. I had no luck tightening it. You can get it out with 3/8 extension without removing the fuel bowl or hpop...it’s a total pain in *** though.
