Check Craigslist before you go...I'll be making a run to CA in a couple of months to pick up parts in San Diego, there might be room on the trip back.
Will do Chuck. Thanks

I am about 35 minutes from the airport, non-rushhour. Always happy to show off what the wife calls my KOS, Kingdom of $h*t.

Next time we need to hook up, maybe I will have my truck back together. Glad it was good. Don't know what part the lake you went to but I work at the lake so that makes at least two places we can get together.

Looks like a fun trip, Donald, even if there was work involved. Too bad you couldn't have fit this into your carryon luggage.

Great pics, love Lake Tahoe. I would recommend the Yacht cruise out of Zephyr cove after breakfast at the Zephyr Cove restaurant (best smoke apple bacon!) then take the lift up the Mtn. great views and great zip-line. Been too long since my last trip down that way.

Truckeemtnfords,
I will be in Reno for the day next Wednesday the 23rd. I look for the A&W cruise in but it does not start until May. The museum will be crossed by the time my day is done. Early Flight out Thursday morning. If you hear of anything cruise in town let me know. Otherwise my 53rd birthday will be spent at Summit Racing. Which is not bad.

Donald, happy birthday. I can barely remember 53. Reno will be a little warmer but Truckee is forecast for a low of 4 and a high of 30 on Wednesday. Unfortunately I will probably be down in Auburn (about an hour and a half west of Truckee) that day running a range for folks from work. Not much going on car wise yet, especially mid week with the weather that cold. Nothing done on my truck to report but getting closer to getting my daughter's beetle finished for her. I 'm not sure what an early flight out is for you but if you decided to head towards Truckee or the lake I will be home between 5-6 pm and I am right off I-80 and HWY 267. I believe I sent you a cell number before but if not and you wanted to head this way let me know and I'll send it via PM to you. Try to enjoy your time here and have a great birthday.
