is supertech atf any good?

currently have the 5 speed pulled out of my truck to rebuild and while im waiting on 4 bearings that didnt come in the kit for 5th and reverse ill ask if super tech atf is good oil for my speed and if theres anything i should mix with it like friction modifier or whatever its called.never thought id be rebuilding my trans at 15 years old but hey i get to learn stuff

It's probably fine. It's ATF, in something like the M5OD it will probably work just peachy keen, no, you don't need any additives.
