What is the correct oil for the 6.0L when it's real cold out?

BFG Tires
I was just looking at getting the same size BFG tires for my Excursion. Do you tow much with those tires? I would assume they are much better offroad than stock? Any reviews would be great!

Tires are great. I mostly tow my snowmobile trailer. and camper the only reason I took off the stock tires was because they sucked when you got off the pavement. BFG are great for towing.
