engine id number??
I am trying to identify the block I am rebuilding for my bronco. the stamp by the starter is EOAE 03C any ideas? I think it is a 83-85 302 HO. let me know if I am wrong or right. thanks

EOAE stands for an 80 ford motor O3C I found nothing on those three characters. There should be more characters to the engine casting number. Get all the numbers you can find. I don't think 80 was an HO block year but I could be wrong see if you can find anymore numbers and we'll see if we can come up with some more info. Would you happen to have the head casting number? later
