Lift Height

Does anyone know how to tell if your truck (2013 F250 4WD) has been lifted? It sure feels like it, when I climb in. I bought the truck like it is and am new to this site. So if I screw something up, please feel free to let me know.
Thanks,
Rick

If it doesn't have the factory front end rake, then it must be leveled at the minimum. Here's a pic of my stock F350.

If it's lifted or even leveled you'll want to check these three spots. If lifted you'll see a drop bracket for the radius arms or a replaced radius arms with a 4 link system which is noticeably different than the radius arms. Second thing to look for if it's leveled is a spacer on top of the front springs. And lastly would be to look for an extended brake line or bent brake line bracket. If you spot any of these you'll know the suspension has been modified somehow.

Thanks y'all, found out it does have a 4 inch lift. Shocks are being a pain to find. I ordered a pair of Bilstein 5100's but they won't get here until mid-Aug.
