Horrible vibration
Had to replace the right front hub this weekend and the lockout was seized up so once I put it back together I had to drive about 10 miles without the lockout in. Would this cause a horrible vibration in the truck?

I doubt it very much and how would a frozen lockout necessitate removal? It's either locked or it's not and the drivetrain really doesn't care either way
The stub is supported by the wb so it doesn't care if the lockout is present

the lockout was seized in and unable to remove it to change the hub. Had to cut part of the old hub to knock the lockout out to remove the hub, made it about 10 miles and it sounds and feels like your driving over rumble strips.
