Anyways, looks to be a standard 223 inline. 3 bolts on the passenger side of the valve cover, should be wavy on the driver side where the spark plugs are,. a 216/235 chevy inline has 2 studs centered up top on the valve cover for the hold down.

262 had a different fuel pump location. But I think they made a light duty 262 that was similar to the 223 but only one year.
All 262's that I have seen have the breather cap in the center of the valve cover.

Truck is earlier than 1965 since it has the cover on the firewall for the blower motor access. 1964 or older truck.

1961-1966 F350 used the round inner fenders. It was only the 1965/66 F100/250 2WD and 1966 F100 4WD that used the newer style inner fenders.
