Swap Out

Does anyone out there know if I can swap out the front springs, shocks and the rear spacer block and shocks from a 2019 F250 and put it on a 2020 F250

I don't see why not, however you would be better off with aftermarket shocks, OEM are crap

I think the 19 sits an inch higher then the 20/21. Not sure if that is the blocks doing it or not.

Yeah, like posted above, I would pass on the shocks. The coils shouldn't be a problem but the difference in height up front is only around 1/2".
What coils do you currently have and what are you trying to accomplish?

The coils I have now on the 2020 are 16" they are 17" on the 2019 also with the blocks the 2019 are 3" and the 2020 are 2" had a 2019 that sat a one inch higher I liked it better how the 2019 sat

What coils do you have now, as in 5200, 5600, 6000? What coils did your 19 have?

I'm aware of the differences in coils and rear blocks between the different years. The blocks on the 17-19 are slightly tapered, 3.25" at their tallest point.
It's not uncommon to see less than 1" difference in height up front on a 20/21 vs 17-19. 1/2" being pretty common. Your experience is 1". The rear is where most of the height difference is.1.5" +/- seems to be typical.
Ofcourse that's on similar builds.

Do you have a lead on some cheap take offs, is that why you are looking at 17-19 coils vs. some other method of gaining 1"?

you nailed it I get get everything off a 1off wanted to do a little lift but for the 2020 the shortest lift in the rear is 4" and comes with the leveling kit so I found a 3" block off a 2019 and the guys had front springs and the set of shocks to go with it so I was thinking swapping out and then level it or just put the 3" blocks on and then level it with the original front end on the 2020 burgi figured if I put thec19 stuff in the front I wont have to that much of a level
as to the coils I dont know what I have or what the 19 is I'm new to this BTW thanks for the help

You can see what coils you have by looking at your white jamb sticker, top left where it says, Front GAWR (××××). If the replacements from the 19 are the same then you can expect the 1/2"-1" lift, if they are a higher number then you might see even more lift. If the person selling them doesn't have the truck you will have to decipher what springs they are from the tags on them. The oem shocks are basically worthless, unless he is throwing them in for free I would pass on them.

Not a bad deal at all. Have him tell you what number his truck has for the Front GAWR too.

If you get around to doing the swap, post some before and after measurements.
