So I had a fuel leak on the hard supply line that runs under the turbo pedestal. I removed the pedestal and replaced the hard line and was VERY careful to replace everything correctly and tighten it as well. Drove it around the block and everything seemed fine. Yesterday my dad had borrowed the truck and drove it about 20 miles. He said when he parked it there was a good sized puddle of diesel under the truck...again. I REALLY don't want to pull the turbo again just to check for leaks. Any ideas where it could be coming from? Before I get all the comments, yes I have replaced the fuel bowl and lift pump. It is a 97 CA truck so it has the black Bosch disk and I replaced the hard line that bolts to the pump with the huge banjo bolt. Any ideas are welcome.
We have a Diesel forum on the site. Some on here know about them but if you get no answers, try the diesel forum accessed above in the black header FORUMS.
