Help 302 squeal

Help 302 squeal
New water pump re aligned acc / previously only use some of the mounting bolts / have not removed belt yet to check . New timing chain pulled mch fuel pump went to electric truck is not idling right in video dropped fuel pressure . Any way was driving about 4 min truck stalled pulled over and right before I turned it off heard knock pulled pan timing cover chain was smacking cover , got it all back now have this nasty squeal and maybe a knock to .. side note I have m number 1 exsasut valve not operating as well right now think that’s another story..

If that's not a jumped timing chain I'll be switched if I know what else it could be. Have had a few GM's do that same thing but Ford has the same issues. After all this work did it ever run properly?
