Weather techs

Weather techs. Put them in last night. But passenger side still left area directly under seat exposed. My wife always has her seat in the all the way back mode. Which leaves a small area exposed to...... so I cut the stock mat to fit in this area and tuck under the rear lip on the weather techs. They cut like butter with a heated blade

Yeah. Weathertech sucks. Wait till they start curling up. The fun is just beginning.

I’ve had them in two and they both are jacked up. Maybe you’re just lucky. I’d say I’m unlucky but I know I’m not alone, just do a search.

yep, not a fan of weather tech floor mats. I like their no drill mud flaps, but the floor mats aren’t the greatest. Husky all the way for me

The reason I didn't go with Weathertechs was because of how badly they curled in my friend's truck. His were purchased a few years ago, but unless they changed something in their manufacturing I was expecting the same.

I've had good luck with the Weathertech mats myself, tho I have seen some that curl up.

Put WeatherTech floor liners on my 2005 F-150 when it was new. They were tan in color and still looked new when I got rid of that truck a few months ago. Best liners I've ever had. I put Husky floor liners in my wife's 2015 Subaru when it was new. It was a new body style that year, so only the Husky brand was available for quite a while. Those things, while custom fit to the contours of the car, are thin and began curling and bowing pretty quickly. While I think Husky has broadened its lineup of products to include what appears to be sturdier liners, I can be counted among those whose experience is that Husky quality is vastly inferior to WeatherTech.

They're both good mats. The only reason I went with the Huskys is they seem to have a softer feel to them.

I haven't bought WeatherTechs for anything yet, as most of my vehicles have either come with rubber floor mats or had vinyl floors.

However, my dad put WeatherTechs in his '08 shortly after he bought it, and they still have not curled after 13 years of service. His is in a white truck, however, which does not get as hot inside as a dark blue or a black truck when the sun is beating down on it.

Hmm, some did curl and some did not. Never mind how dirty the truck is.. That's what the mats are for and I'm glad my floors are protected from all that. Been traveling and I don't clean often inside. Maybe I'll contact them and see how their customer service is. And I think their commercial about how they're laser measured and cut is a little misleading at best.

I'd buy from them regardless unless I could find another alternative that's is 100% made in America.

Experiences like this have me curious why some do curl up and others look like new after many years in use. Quality control, luck of the draw?
