Hey guys, I’m in the process of converting all of my OEM halogen lights to OEM LED. I’m hoping someone on here can help me out with one of the last pieces to my puzzle. I’m looking for someone who has a 2017-2019 Super Duty, Lariat or higher trim level WITH the LED package, WITHOUT the camera package who would be willing to take the 4 screws out of their CHMSL light and take a picture of the connector so I can see if it is plug and play with my OEM halogen setup. And then if it is, if they would share their vin with me so I can get the correct part ordered.
Also I know I could just throw led bulbs in my halogen brake light housing but I’m not interested in doing that, I like to keep everything OEM.
Yes I did misunderstand. That is a bummer for sure. Thanks for clarifying that for me.
The units with the camera have like 4 wires, and a completely different style hardshell. The earlier models only had two wires. The earlier models with halogen have a black connector I believe, and the LED had grey. So if your truck has halogen, you'll have to repin the LED with a black hardshell.
