Advance track problems

When turning sharply to the left my rack and pinion makes a horrible noise... could this be linked to a bad stearing shaft? Or does my rack need replaced too? This is on a 2013 f150 4x4, with electric power steering.

Also could some one tell me if this has a tow package... vin number 1FTFW1EF2DFA20698

Symptoms of what happens when the rack is about to go completely out.

Do you have a trailer plug in at the back bumper? If no then you don't have trailer tow package.
