Newcomer saying hello 🌿🌻🌿
Have always been a Ford girl, with a few old competitors thrown in the mix here and there. No particular year or engine love as of yet. However, step sides tend to turn my head without fail I'm noticing. Only other thing worth mention in my Ford attraction may be about my first mechanical experience, which was 20something years ago. A teacher asked if I wanted to take apart and put back together a ranger engine. He knew I did, it was kind of his little test at the time for kids, not many girls attempted. (I had always been interested in how things work). After his "go ahead", into coveralls I went. Couple/few hours later, he seemed surprised that I was finished. Looking back, I think he may have been more impressed with the way I went about doing it. Seemed only logical to me to take things out and lay them in a pattern of how they go back in (apparently that is not always an inherent thing). Any case, it was fun for me. Might not be a big deal to most & maybe it was just the thrill of oil on my face & coveralls, but I felt accomplished, lol.
