1991 trans leak.
Put a soft parts kit in the trans about 1000 miles ago with a new torque converter. Drove fine for a while then puked fluid out of the front seal so I replaced it and still leaks. Any ideas.
Cooler is not clogged but the line flow is a little over a qt in 30 secs. Don’t know if that’s normal. Shifts and runs fine just leaks when warm.
also has a code for tq converter slippage.

My Ford service manual states the flow should be at least 1/2 quart in 30 seconds for an E4OD. Based on your statement of "also has a code for tq converter slippage." that implies you have an E4OD. That is not a good sign for a new converter. If it is slipping perhaps it is overheating the fluid and causing the seal to open up again. Did you install the newer style converter hub seal?
