Hey all, so I have a 2002 Ford e350 and I noticed sporadic chirping sometimes so I went to change out my axle shaft bearings and saw what I think is my side gear thrust washer cracked in half and rubbing the case that holds the side gears and spider gears. Looks like the clutches are done, it’s not uncommon for the clutches to break off there “ears” and spin around wrecking the other clutch plates. Look up TracLok rebuild for a guide on how to fix it.
Thanks for the info exactly what I found it out to be after talking with some people. Ordered the kit and now it’s a waiting game. Thank you for the reply and screenshot of parts
