7.3 injector issues
2003 7.3 has me dumbfounded while I’m driving sometimes it loses power and after checking with a temp gauge I found only drive side manifold is getting hot. Any ideas what this could be

Valve cover gasket could be bad or come loose inside cover. try pulling the plug and checking resistance between the center pin and each small pin individually. The larger pins towards the outside of connector are glow plugs.
